If your vehicle is fitted with a Driver ID Keypad, you will be allocated a unique 6 digit PIN which you need to enter when you drive the vehicle. Press the Enter Key after you have entered your PIN.
The 6 digit PIN will likely be your last 6 digits of your Driver License unless advised by your Fleet Manager. The 6 Digit PIN cannot start with a (0) Zero. Contact your Fleet Manager or Haddtrack Support using the form below to get your PIN.
The Keypad will auto log off after Ignition Off a preset time for your company, i.e. 5 mins. Simply re-enter your PIN upon entering the vehicle. If the previous driver has not timed out, you can logoff by holding the Clear button for 5 seconds and then enter your PIN.
