Can I include Subcontractors in my fleet?
Yes, TN360 supports sub-contractor. Contact Haddtrack to help you set this up in TN360.
Can I install other apps on iFace?
iFace tablet apps can only be installed from Navman.
Can a Driver switch from Paper Work Diary to Electronic Work Diary?
Yes, discuss with your Record Keeper and ask Haddtrack about EWD Training. The Driver must record the WWD page number that was last used before transiting to EWD. The switch from using a from Paper Based Diary (WWD) to an EWD requires the Driver to carry your past 28 days of work and rest (WWD) records.
Can a TN360 User speak audibly to the Driver in real time via the Camera?
No
Can a driver swap between AFM and BFM or Standard Hours?
Yes, but a Driver who changes from AFM to BFM or AFM to Standard Hours, or vice versa, must not drive a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle unless either:
- The driver is compliant with all the work and rest requirements of the new work and rest option (i.e. Standard Hours), or
- The driver has had 48 continuous hours of rest (a Reset Rest break).
Can the camera identify the Driver?
Drivers are not uniquely identified by the Camera or the video footage. Other solutions will be required such as RFID tag, Driver ID PIN pad or In-Cab iFace terminal log-on to identify the Driver.
Can the data be and provided to authorities, if required?
Yes, the TN360 can download the information and camera footage and provide it to authorities.
Teletrac Navman will not provide information to authorities unless subpoenaed.

How can I change the Branch name?
Go to TN360 -> Administration -> Locations -> Search for the location you want to edit and press the Edit Button in the top right. A Branch is a type of Location.
How can I get my vehicle TMA enrolled?

How can I remove a Driver?
In TN360, Settings -> Users -> Search for the Driver -> Select the Driver -> Select "Delete" button in top right corner. Update the driver details if needed.
How can I retrieve IQ footage from SD card?
IQ Cam footage is stored in the Cloud and available online, however, is some circumstances an accident will mean the footage is not uploaded.
Contact Haddtrack Support and they will walkthrough the steps.
How can I setup Fleets in TN360?

When defining what fleets are needed, consider:
- Geographic Location, i.e. State
- Vehicle Usage Categories
- Owned vs Leased
- Fleet Management
Note that a Vehicle can belong to many fleets.
How can I update the Maps on my Device?
For TN360
- Ensure the SmartNav agreement has been assigned to the Vehicle
- Ensure the Vehicle has been associated to the WiFi
- Ask the Driver to come with range of the WiFi, WiFi symbol should appear in the bottom right of the Tablet
- To trigger the download of the maps, open the SmartNav app and a prompt will appear to download the Australian maps.
How can I view a video of an accident?
Firstly, identify the Driver/Vehicle and the Date/Time of the incident:
For Netratyne Camera, access the Netradyne portal through TN360 Driveri Camera menu option or the Netradyne online platform at https://teletracnavman.netradyne.com/console/#/, log in and navigate to the dashboard to find the specific video footage you want to view
For IQ Cam Camera, in TN360, select Home -> Cameras and navigate to the dashboard to find the specific video footage you want to view
How do I get a copy of my records?
A driver can email the last 28 days of their history by using the Compliance Report functionality in the Options tab. You can also request a CSV file of your records for the last 3 years from your Record Keeper.

How does a driver use AFM rulesets?
The Driver using the EWD will select the appropriate AFM ruleset when logging in, and the EWD will record work and rest in the same way it does for Standard hours and BFM rule sets.The driver must have a copy of the Transport Operators AFM certificate with them to use AFM rules on the EWD. This can be stored electronically on the device or as a paper copy.
How does the 3G Shutdown affect my Units?
Older Units will stop working and need to be replaced with 4G Units.
How is rest counted?
Rest breaks do not count as rest until they are longer than 15 minutes.Any rest time of under 15 minutes, that does not satisfy a minimum rest requirement, will not be added to your daily rest time totals, they will be counted as work. However, any time after the minimum rest requirement is counted to the minute, so three 20 minute rests will count as 60 minutes rest. A rest break of 15 minutes and 35 seconds will be counted as 15 minutes.
How is the EWD enforced?
The EWD is enforced in the same way as the Paper Work Diary. The driver is either asked for their records at the roadside, or the Record Keeper will beasked to produce the records. The investigation Aid in the EWD does not show any violations that are less than 15 minutes in length.The EWD only has 28 days of data so if the Enforcement Officer wants more they have to ask the Record Keeper.
How security is the data?
Very secure. Teletrac Navman are ISO 27001 certified for information security management.
Devices communicate over the standard public internet within secure TLS v1.2+ encrypted channels.

How will a driver know that the EWD they are using is approved for AFM?
The driver should talk to their Record Keeper to determine if they have had their AFM rules approved to use on their Technology Providers EWD. When selecting the ruleset on the EWD log in screen the AFM Ruleset will display the AFM Certificate number that the driver is working under.
I am selling a Vehicle. What shall I do with the Navman unit?
Contract Haddtrack who will assist with the de-install.
The unit can be saved to be installed into another vehicle or returned to Navman.
Is the iFace certified for use in Australia?
The iFace has been tested and passed RCM certification. As a mandatory requirement of RCM certification, the relevant parts of the AS/NZS 61000 standard have been met. Is there any difference between an AFM driver on EWD and a BFM or Standard Hours driver?
Other than the rule set in use, there is no difference between an AFM driver and BFM or Standard Hours driver when using an EWD. Work and Rest is still recoded in the same way.
What are the hierarchies of apply Configuration changes in TN360?
Configs are based on hierarchy Highest to lowest: device, vehicle, vehicle type, fleet then company.
What do I do if I am getting a new vehicle and I want tracking installed?
Contact Navman as soon as you know a new vehicle is coming so that the Navman agreement can be organised and installation planned.
What do I do if I forget to enter a Rest Event at the end of Day?
Don't confirm the Events, instead, add Driver Event rest break manually.
What do I do if a wire has been cut in the vehicle affecting Navman devices?
Send a photo of the cut to Haddtrack support to assess whether the wiring can be fixed or a Haddtrack Technician needs to be sent out to fix the issue.
What do I do if the EWD stops working?
If the EWD stops working you must notify your Record Keeper within 2 business days and record your work and rest in a supplementary record or the NHVR Paper Work Diary. Fines may apply if this advice is not followed. The Record Keeper may provide you with another functioning EWD or advise you to use a Supplementary Record. Supplementary Records can only be used for a maximum of 7 days.
What do I do when a Driver leaves?
In TN360, Settings -> Users -> Search for the Driver -> Select the Driver -> Select "Delete" button in top right corner. Update the driver details if needed.
What do I do when an Enforcement Officer asks to see my EWD?
Take the iFace out of the holder, touch the Compliance button on the EWD Home Screen, the summary view will display, hand the iFace to the Enforcement Officer. Events will not be able to be entered or modified until the Driver password is entered.
What do the backlight and tones mean?

What happens if I confirm my records, then change my mind?
You are unable to change your work and rest events once you have locked them. Always make sure you are happy with the events before you confirm them. Contact your Record Keeper who can update your work and rest events.
What happens when I use a Paper Work Diary or supplementary record?
Paper Work Diary pages or Supplementary records can be entered into the EWD as "Historic Records" by your Record Keeper. This will ensure that your EWD has a full history to predict violations. The Record Keeper must store the PWD pages as the legal document.
What if a Driver who was previously at the company returns
In Tn360, Settings -> Users -> Deleted -> Search for the Driver -> Select the Driver -> Select "Restore" button in top right corner. Update the driver details if needed.
What is the difference between VPM (CAN Based) and VPM (Sensor Based)?

What is the hierarchy of Tracking / Trip data?
VPM/CAN then Hermes then iFace.
What is the key difference between EWD and ELB?
A major difference between the two is that Navman's EWD app is a NHVR certified app which means that Drivers using this app no longer have to maintain a paper log book whereas the ELB app is NOT a NHVR certified app which means that Drivers using this app still need to maintain a paper log book.
What is the maximum amount of time data can be stored?
Data is retained for a rolling 13 months online and is then archived. Moving forward we will be retaining customer data in Australia for a 5-year period.
When I add a Driver, TN360 won't allow because the licence is already in use
Contract Haddtrack who will need to organise to delete the Driver in the other Company so the new driver can be added. Deleting the driver in the old company includes add "DEL" to the Driver Licence to avoid licence number conflict.
When and how are alerts delivered to the Driver and/or the TN360 and are these in real time?
In-cab alert to drivers are in real-time.
Alerts are sent to TN360 are near real time (subject to Network Connetion), and can also be enabled to be sent via SMS, email, and on-screen
When do I have to confirm my events?
Driver's must confirm their events for any given day, before they can enter events on subsequent days. The EWD will prompt the driver to Confirm their events before they can enter new events, either manually or by using the Work or Rest button on the home page.

Where is the data stored?
All storage is hosted on AWS and data remains within Sydney, Australia
Who gets access to my data?
Only the Driver and the Record Keeper has access to the Driver's data until it is requested by an Authorised Officer. This is the same as the Paper Work Diary.
Who is the Record Keeper?
The Record Keeper is the Fleet Manager or a person assigned by the Fleet Manager. Teletrac Navman will store and make available the driver's electronic work diary records for at least 3 years as required by the NHVL.
Why are we getting no speed breaches?
Speed settings are set in TN360 and maybe set higher than vehicles speed. Contact the Fleet Manager or Haddtrack to review the Speed Settings.
Why do you need my date of birth?
Your date of birth, drivers licence number and state form a unique identification in the EWD system. This helps identify drivers that are using EWD's provided by multiple Technology Providers.
Why does my Driver ID keeps logging off while I am Driving?
The issue could be the wiring of the Driver ID Keypad to the Ignition Power is incorrect and the wiring may need to be changed. Please call Haddtrack to get support.
Why is the Cel-Fi not performing as well as prior to 3G?
Download Wave app onto phone and bluetooth connect to Celfi, check if software updates are needed and check Signal Strength and turn off 3G so it stays on 4G.
Will the installation team install a sticker in the vehicle?
Yes, our team will install a small "This vehicle is monitored by Teletrac Navman" sticker in an appropriate location.
